About 

Alejandra Arenas was born in Bogota, Colombia, and moved to Florida when she was seven. She is bilingual, speaking both Spanish and English fluently. Alejandra graduate with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Interior design in the Fall of 2013 from Florida State University. She continued her studies at Florida State and graduated with a Master of Science in August 2015.

During the Summer of 2013 she had the opportunity to study abroad in Florence, Italy. This experience opened her eyes to a new world of design and new cultures. Since getting into the Interior Design program at Florida State she has been a member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID), International Interior Design Association (IIDA), and the Interior Design Student Organization (IDSO). During her junior year she was the Vice President of the IIDA Florida State Student Chapter. She hopes that one day she will be able to apply everything she learned abroad and in class to future projects.

Produced graphic panels for various projects, dimensioned floor plans, prepared designs for business proposals, branded imagery for businesses.
