Hands on experience from all phases of design, schematic design through construction administration for both commercial and private residential projects. Spacial planning test-fits and material selections are part of the daily tasks as well as creating design presentations, 2D and 3D renderings, schematic design drawings, and sourcing furniture, hardware, finishes and fixtures. Meeting with clients and vendors consistently throughout the week. Coordinating construction documents in office, reviewing shop drawings and CFA's. Creating design packages, lighting packages, signage packages as well as independently designing office graphics, i.e. window film design, wayfinding design and wall mural design.
