Project Description:
This project focused on the development of an empty lot in the historic Powelton Village neighborhood of Philadelphia.  The program consists of 25 live-work residential units and ground floor commercial space.

My design is an interpretation of the historic mansard rooves in the neighborhood.  Duplex and one bedroom units are stacked in a way that creates a unique, undulating facade along the streetscape, allowing residents to connect with their own individual unit.

In addition to massing and exterior studies, detailed unit plans and finishes were considered.
