Luca was appointed to manage Architectural Design and in supervising Design/Built process of the Oberoi Resort at Al Khairan (Muscat) in Oman and Al Qurms Garden mixed use comlex (Apartments and Retail). The Oberoi Resort is an exclusive 5 ++ Star resort development, which includes an 82 keys boutique hotel and spa in the stunning harbor of Al Khiran. Alargan has signed a Hotel Management Agreement with the Oberoi Group (the leading luxury hotels and resort operator in Asia) to operate the resort.
