I am a construction professional with a passion for development. I began my career after graduating from San Diego State University as a superintendent for a high-end custom home builder. By the end of my tenure in this position, I had successfully learned to run new construction jobs from demo of the existing building all the way to issuance of a new certificate of occupancy. I loved this experience and believe that it has helped me become a more discerning qualifier of profit potential through redevelopment of underutilized real estate.
I am currently interning for a small, private developer in West Hollywood. My responsibilities in this position include conducting research for land entitlements, land and building appraisal, and marketing future development opportunities. I have thoroughly enjoyed learning these aspects of real estate development and aim to continue to improve my skills and abilities in these areas.
