As part of a small team of students, devised massing strategies, prepared thatch, and assembled the structure for a pavilion designed by professor Vivian Lee. Was responsible for CNC water jet-cutting many of the steel combs comprising the structure. The project received one of Architect Magazine’s 2011 R & D Awards.

Designed and constructed the 11th version of the $20K House with a team of four. Specific aims included wheelchair accessibility, efficient use of off-the-shelf materials, a vernacular appearance, designing for inexpensive labor, and the addition of a tornado shelter to the 20K line.
