Integrated in the Favelas urbanization plan promoted by the city council of São Paulo, Brazil this urban project makes the connection between the river Pinheiros Marginal Avenue and the metropolitan rail station of Berrini. With a gross area of almost 36.400m2 this urban plan comprises 1.251 houses divided in 11 condos, a public square of 1250m2 and an educational/cultural building of 2.400m2.
