Recommendations:
"During the design phase Elmer did a good job converting the concepts that JZMK created for the casitas to more cost effective buildable plans while keeping a nice aesthetics."
Mitch Brown, Chief Development Officer - Kisco Senior Living

"I would be pleased to report a very positive and productive relationship during the due diligence period for the Redlands Senior Apt. project. The project demands and the attempt to insinuate a service package into an existing plan, with little to no allowance for change in the footprint of the building was a demanding task. Over a two week period, the model went through several revisions. Elmer was responsive and professional during this demanding period and always delivered what was asked in a timely manner. I could not have asked for any better service. My hope is that we will be able to work on projects in the future based on this experience.
Chuck Major, Vice President - Seniority Inc.

"It has been a good experience working with Elmer on the Cathedral City Project. You have always been available to address the issues and our concerns. I like your sense of ownership in the project which makes us feel more comfortable. You have demonstrated a vast knowledge of design and constructability which makes the project more feasible and economical while not compromising the architectural and design features. Overall we are very happy with your work and looking forward to working together on the completion of this exciting project and the upcoming projects"
