I am a recent graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts degree in Architecture. As I express an interest in pursuing a Masters, I do know experience is crucial in furthering my career and involvement in design.
What I lack in experience I offer in passion and enthusiasm for creativity and design and constantly explore ideas and concepts to great depth. My education has succeeded in providing immense conceptual and spatial planning, as well as artistic and technical skills both by hand and computer. I am well practiced in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite and various other programs. On my own I have a love for home interiors, a natural eye for composition use and color, and I am hard working and dedicated to provide a well planned, detail oriented final product.

I have a Bachelor's of Fine Arts in Architecture; in a four year program that was conceptual design oriented. I developed a variety of projects with widely different settings and limitations, with great emphasis on renovation and re-use structures and their interiors. Our projects ranged from small "dream" spaces to slot buildings in Northampton, to a renovation project in downtown Springfield, and to a community-based rebuilding project in Holyoke, Mass. I also studied in Rome, Italy, where I worked on a modern urban planning project to bring something new to a baroque landscape of the streets of Rome. There is a fine, detail-oriented hand quality that can be seen in my projects, specifically hand drawings and 3-D models. My strengths lie in conceptual planning throughout the entire design process, a single idea that gives intent to each detail in relation to the overall design. I am hard working and highly motivated from beginning to end. I enjoy the sense of accomplishment and pride in my work, and eagerness to continue to explore design possibilities.
