The R&D Department at Serrano Pecorari & Asociados, has conducted a Special Programme entitled “4D Cities”, which has made focus on the fields of Urban Planning, Urban Infrastructure and Transportation, structured from a set of Projects that will shape the future sustainable development of contemporary mega-cities, from a paradigmatic shift in urban mobility and the conception of a new urban order.
