Located near the Manhattan Bridge in Chinatown, this boutique hotel was designed to be an iconic place in the area while still relating to the way in which Chinatown operates. A module of two rooms stacked upon each other and slightly shifted is the base for a plan within which there is a central public core and an exterior populated by these modules.
