PROJECT OUTLINE:
To completely design the Exterior Façade, Signage, Entrance, Lobby, Reception and Registration, Offices and employee facilities, Restaurant and Lounge, Prototype Guest Suite and other specified facilities for a hotel in Havanam Cuba. The design must incorporate research into the Cultural, Historical, Geographic, Climactic and Demographic elements of your Country and City.
BUILDING SPECIFICATIONS: The space is the bottom two floors of a portion of a modern eight-story building in the downtown district of your foreign city. This building houses other businesses and there is a service corridor between businesses that is carved out on the interior of the building to allow the various businesses delivery access from vendors. Guest rooms are on floors 3-8. Your exterior façade design should be visually capable of supporting the building. The walls on the North and East sides may only be broken for service doors and emergency and employee access. Your South and West sides have views and possibly heat and sun issues as these walls are on the corner of the building your hotel is located in.
