Responsible for schematic design, client presentation & correspondence, documentation, permitting, and construction administration for more than forty 300sf to 7,000sf tenant improvements.

Part of project team for various residential, retail, mixed use and commercial projects inclusive of new build and adaptive reuse. Began as an intern and grew to self-manage projects through to construction.

Conceptual design, project presentation, image creation and drafting for city review, pricing and construction.

UIC (Universitat Internacional de Catalunya), Barcelona, ES, Masters, International Cooperation in Architecture

Included workshops with international architects and policy makers and collaboration in Sarajevo for an urban plan proposal & speciation catalogue of spaces prime for intervention. The thesis, Cat Ghaut Living, cross-examined traditional residential building on the island of Montserrat with the current imposed cul-de-sac redevelopment on the volcanically devastated island. The proposed new model of residential redevelopment addressed various family models and agricultural methods within the realities of the topography.
