This library and council housing are located in Lyon on an industrial site converted into a park.

The library is located on the ground floor, it opens onto the road and the public garden. Its facades protect readers from the sunlight, and, from the outside, suggest shelves of books. On the upper floors, these elements transform into shutters and screens protecting the balconies.
