Cleveland residence for a local brewery owner, situated on the second and third levels above his brewery in the Ohio City district. Designed to reflect both the industrial heritage and artistic renaissance of the district.
This design was awarded second place in the 2015 Sherwin Williams STIR Design Challenge.
