Yellowknife Bay is an active offgrid community of houseboats that float next to the capital city of Yellowknife, NT. In the winter the bay becomes a public space with skiers, dog walkers, ice roads & hockey rinks. The most spectacular public event is a snow castle that is designed & built every winter.
