I’m an Architecture professional with 8 years of experience in design abroad, with a passion for implementing creative bioclimatic/ sustainable solutions. Having diverse experience in various design typologies has afforded challenges and a steady growth in the field, as well as working on several different projects -different in nature and professional demands-, has allowed me the capacity to carry a project throughout all phases, from conception to construction drawings and everything that goes into it; from furniture design, material selection, interior and landscape design.

Awards 

One of the five winning teams, “Housing and Health for Haiti”. ARCHIVE Institute, 1st Place

The competition's purpose is to build 5 houses to St. Marc , Haiti , a coastal community where the main criteria in all stages of the creation of the proposal, is health. The aim is to minimize transmission of tuberculosis and also a significant portion of the local population is infected with the AIDS virus.

First place, “Mi Escuela Bonita y Funcional”, Ministry of Education, Regional public school design competition , Dominican Republic 2009

The competition required for a design solution to be implemented as the new standard for public schools for the northern (Cibao) region of the country. The design consisted a sustainable and modular growth and expansion projected for the following 10 years, 8 classrooms, 16 and finally 24.
