Les Courageux is designed to focus towards seniors with disabilities, specifically veterans. All units are made accessible to people with disabilities, such as those who use wheelchairs as their main way of transportation. Disabilities hinder people's lives on the daily basis in several ways: from entering a door to maneuvering around their own home. I find this intolerable as ones home should provide comfort and safety for the residents.
