-Provided academic and holistic peer to peer counseling to 20 - 25 student leaders, academic at risk students, incoming freshmen and transfer students with total of 7 sessions per week
-Led a team of interns, staff and volunteers to execute quarterly wellness workshops, developments, and mini-projects to increase visibility and awareness of wellness issues on topics of gender, sexuality, mental wellness, spatial wellness, physical wellness, spirituality, relationships and stereotypes within and beyond Southeast Asian community at UCLA
-Collaborated workshops and staff developments with LGBT Campus Resource Center, Counseling of Psychological Services (CAPS) on mental wellness, and gender and sexuality to develop students, staff, and interns' understanding of wellness and retention
-Expanded the wellness components by creating new tools, mini-projects, and designed new curriculum for the components and wrote the annual year budget proposal consisted of vision, objectives, and programs for the academic year
