Work with a couple to complete their franchise frozen yogurt shop located on the south side of Indianapolis. Existing condition of the tenant space was an abandoned retail store. Demolition was coordinated to work with existing conditions, such as an etched and stained concrete floor that was ground and re-stained. Construction documents included Architectural, Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing, which were completed in-house. The Architect dealt with local and state codes, as well as requirements from the landlord and franchise manager to create an ADA accessible space in the existing strip. The company launched a successful grand opening last Spring, and they plan on opening another location soon.
