Having studied at the Technical University of Graz in Austria and participated in the UNAM's (National Autonomous University of Mexico) Alberto J. Pani National Design Contest, Julian graduated from the Autonomous University of Yucatán in 2010 at the age of 25. Since then he has worked as Staff Chief at the firm of Architect Luis Garibay Fernández del Valle, and as Partner of Architect Carlos Zamudio Villaseñor. Today he is the Real Estate Projects Manager for Ultrafemme Group, a leading company in world-renowned brands representation and distribution.
In 2015 Julian started the blog ElDivanDelArquitecto.wordpress.com. Sharing his journey and experience in the world of design and construction, Julian's mission is to improve people's quality of life by creating comfortable, beautiful and useful environments that contribute to the welfare of their inhabitants. Julian designs residences, houses, villas, condominiums, retail stores, restaurants, and apartments. He has designed houses for clients in different cities such as Valladolid, Texcoco, Merida, Telchac, San Cristobal de las Casas, and Cancun.
