The shape:

Housing by various typlogy of habitation this architecture creates a set of volumes that are built around the servant bands.

Circulations are also important in this project since the dock reinforces the bias in plan and vertical circulations create a set of breakthroughs the bands.

Public spaces :

The associations and the brewery are located near the front of the church thus redefining a space that unify social ties. At the opposite the park and place are revealed behind the frame and urging the olooker to interact with the architecture.
