This idea came about the restoration of many places that are going on in Managua, the capital of Nicaragua. Although Nicaragua has been plagued by many political issues, it has slowly started to pick it self up. In lake Xolotlan, a restoration project has begun and it is currently moving on forward. Its main focal point is the lake. As of today, there is only one major performance center in Managua. Ruben Dario Theater, which sometimes serves as temporary art galleries that are set in small out door spaces that only last a few weeks. My proposal is to create a spaces that combines performance spaces and permanent galleries where local artist can display their art in permanent spaces. Since the museum will be located close to a lake, I want to create spaces that have views to it.
