10 Day project conducted during an Italy Study abroad program in the spring of 2011. The project explored the reprogramming of and formal interventions in the ruined artifacts of Italian modernism. Here, a decrepit, unfinished train terminal in the outskirts of Milan that Aldo Rossi had a hand in designing was reprogrammed as a part- botanical and part- community garden that served as an amenity for the residents of the surrounding high-rise apartment blocks and tenements.
