Responsible for the site coordinating work and tasks of the site workers.
Assisting the project manager, recording daily routines of the workers and updates of the progress of site.
Reporting defects, shortage of materials and different perspectives of incident.
In the office (paper work) writing letters to sub-contractors, writing memos of the site as well as prepare documents and reports for project manager.
To check and update claims with the quantity surveyors and record and update payrolls of daily workers in order to helps in the finance department.
Drafting architectural drawings/prints, detailed drawings and construction drawings, 3D modeling for residential projects. Measuring and calculating of boundary survey for another project.
