While at A + C NY I designed my first single family ground-up design. With the intention to build, I executed construction documents for a 3br/3bath residence for spec housing in upstate NY on undeveloped land. 

As I worked through details, proportions, and wood-frame construction techniques, all while trying to maintain a clean and modern aesthetic, this spacious residence allowed the great opportunity to see my design capabilities complement my technical skills.

The various renderings below were used to market the project to potential buyers and investors.
