Job Description
Well-established, High End Construction Firm seeks Business manager to join our growing firm.

Primary Purpose of Role: 
To be responsible for administrative management of daily operations and reports directly to the owner. Provides leadership and management by planning, organizing, directing and coordinating the execution.
It is expected the candidate will set a tone, direction and strategy for the business in close consultation and collaboration with the owner of the company. Collaborate and work closely with key partners to ensure that all performance standards and deadlines. are met.

Core Responsibilities: 

  • Deliver essential financial reports to the owner 
  • Human recourses 
  • Overseeing Building management submittals 
  • Client relations and correspondence 
  • Maintain professional relationships with vendors, assuring cost control and on-time performance 
  • Employs filing system 
  • Developing and implementing company standards

Financial management: 

  • Prepare and process Client payments, invoices and proposals. 
  • Payroll 
  • AR/AP

Office support: 

  • Organization of special events 
  • Meetings and agendas

Job Requirement

  • The position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in Construction, Interior design or Architecture 
  • Professional verbal and written skills 
  • Strong personal and organizational skills 
  • Proficient in: Quick books and Microsoft office 
  • Attention to detail 
  • Excellent follow-through 
  • A positive attitude!
