We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our team. The architecture department at Dror has been working on a series of large-scale confidential architecture projects and is now seeking an efficient and detail-oriented person to lead and direct project teams in all aspects of our professional services while communicating and coordinating between the project team, the client, consultants, contractors and all authorities having jurisdiction over the project. The ideal candidate is an extremely organized self-starter with a minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience. We are looking for someone who is well rounded with experience in overseeing and managing all activities of the project including client and contract requirements, project planning and schedule, staffing needs and hour requirements to achieve the quality and profit goal expectations of the studio.
Requirements, Skills & Qualifications:
3 to 4 years of work experience
Degree from an accredited Masters or Bachelor of Architecture degree program. Licensure is a plus
Experience/proficiency in Revit/BIM, AutoCAD, Rhino, Adobe, and Office Suite
Self-motivated with ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Design and production experience, from coordinating conceptual design through contract documents and construction
Proven management of large-scale projects - such as high-end residential projects, commercial projects, and masterplanning - including schedules and budgets
Responsible for managing team resources; advises Director(s) of resource and schedule needs
Knowledge and experience with building codes/zoning regulations, preferred but not required
Manage adherence to office standards of design, quality control, and production
Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills
