Seeking a Senior Project Manager with strong communication and management skills to oversee multiple projects.
We are a modern Architectural Metal Systems company based in San Francisco, owned by architects and designers. We specialize in balcony railings, stair guard rails, wall screens, canopies, and fence systems.

A background in Architecture, Construction or Engineering.
Knowledge of California Building Codes is mandatory
US Citizenship required
Excellent knowledge of construction administration.
Excellent knowledge of a typical project process for product-supplier work. (P.O., Invoicing, Scheduling, etc.)
Excellent attention to detail, organizational and communication skills.
5+ years of experience in construction and construction administration
Must be able to run and oversee multiple projects.
Must be able to review architecture drawings and create a "take-off," with measurements and other specifications to submit for a project estimate
Proficient in AutoCAD --knowledge of Solid Works is a big plus
Must be able to work with clients to develop and create construction detailing (i.e. mounting details) and assembly drawings
Must be able to work directly with architects and contractors to find technical solutions
Knowledge and experience in the metal industry, construction, or engineering industries a plus
Must have an eye for design with a high attention to detail
Must have excellent ability to find solutions in challenging situations and communicate well with customers, contractors and designers.
