INTERMEDIATE ARCHITECT

Bull Stockwell Allen is seeking a talented, intermediate designer with solid design, technical and REVIT skills to join our team.  The firm’s work includes commercial interiors, hospitality and community focused public agency projects. 

This creative individual would demonstrate:

  • A passion for great design with superior graphic presentation skills
  • Experience producing a complete sets of construction documents
  • The ability to solve design issues creatively and completely
  • Is able to work independently and in a highly collaborative environment

The appropriate candidate will also demonstrate the following experience:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of professional working experience after College/University
  • Bachelor Degree in Architecture is required
  • Advanced REVIT skills
  • Exceptional Design Skills
  • Proven Client and Interpersonal Communication Skills
  • Experience on architectural and interior projects
  • Strong organizational abilities
  • Knowledge of Type 1 through Type 5 construction
  • LEED Accreditation is preferred.
