Qualifications:

• 5+ years professional office experience.
• Architects with an Interest in Landscape and Urbanism may Apply
• Experience as project manager and primary client contact
• Ability to write project scopes of work, prepare fee calculations, negotiate
• Ability to handle a range of responsibilities and tasks including involvement with all phases of projects.
• Excellent graphic, design, and writing skills
• Initiative, communication, and organizational skills.
• Construction documentation development and detailing experience.
• Experience preparing specifications
• Working knowledge of California plant materials desirable.

We are currently working on a range of project types and scales- Urban design, green infrastructure streets, a parklet, a powerplant,  coastal access, an urban park that it under around and over a freeway,residences, grassland restorations, and waterfronts.

Our office is centrally located near the Powell Bart/ Subway Station. Close to restaurants, bas, shopping, theaters, museums, and right in the thick of the chaos of Market Street in the summer. A perfect departure point for exploring at lunch time, or after work excursions in the city. Our office space overlooks Market Street. It is bright, clean, modern, and energetic.
