Chelsea Atelier Architect is a small award-winning and published architectural firm involved in a variety of fields including master planning, programming, architectural and interior design.  We are seeking talented and self-motivated Architects with strong design and documentation skills. Applicants should have a minimum of a bachelor's degree and 5-10 years of design, documentation and construction administration experience, and be based in the New York City area. Salary is based on experience.

Candidates must be knowledgeable, self-sufficient and possess the following qualities:

• Excellent design and technical skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Must have ability to assist with or run all phases of a project from Schematic Design through Construction Administration.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and preferably 3D modeling software such as 3D Max or other programs.
• Pluses; building and zoning code knowledge, LEED experience, Liscenced.
