Marketing Coordinator/Executive Assistant
We are a high-end residential and hospitality architecture/interior design firm, seeking an independent, self-motivated, and organized individual with great communication, computer and organizational skills to spearhead our Marketing, PR, & New Business efforts.
This position is for someone who can “roll up their sleeves” and handle a multitude of tasks, both large and small. It is the perfect fit for the candidate who can work independently, is highly motivated, and wants to be involved in a boutique firm and work closely with the Principal.
Responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:

Research, develop, & follow through on new client leads

Write & edit new business letters, press releases, etc.

Coordinating and implementing new business and marketing strategies

Develop new business initiatives and public relations efforts, including mailing out marketing materials, liaising with press, and archiving press items

Maintain client database
-
Produce and organize all marketing collateral
-
Support the Principal with personal and business functions, including, but not limited to, coordinating calendar appointments, errands, filing, etc.

Support the firm in administrative and marketing functions
-
Maintain office files and contacts
-
Answering phones, greeting guests and clients
Position Requirements:
-
4 years Marketing, PR, and/or New Business experience in the design industry (fashion, graphics, architecture, or interior design).

Excellent verbal and writing skills

Proven ability to effectively interact with clients & the public

Professional demeanor and appearance
-
Excellent organizational and administrative skills
-
Ability to multi-task
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook.

Knowledge of graphic software - InDesign and Photoshop

Must be able to multi-task and work well as part of a team

Must be polished, well spoken, energetic, and extremely organized
