Lalloo Weeks LLP is looking for a qualified, energetic architect to join the team.
Candidates must have proven expertise and experience in peer review of construction documents and construction costs, construction monitoring, review of payment applications and project schedules, condition assessments of existing buildings, preparation of written reports, and client communication. The postion requires the ability to write technical reports clearly and concisely, and candidates will be required to demonstrate these skills. A professional degree in architecture and appropriate experience performing the work described above is required. Candidates must have a California architectural license, or have completed all the NCARB and CAB requirements to be eligible to take the California exam.
