Schrimmer Design Group (SDG) is a small interior architecture design firm specializing in the commercial office environment. We are a young dynamic group looking for a key individual to grow within our organization. In this position as our Job Captain, working with our Principals and SDG's team, you will be responbile for the developng and assembling of a complete set of contract documents, working alone or with a Team, as each specific Project may dictate or require.
While working either independently or on a Team basis, develop, manage, and draft drawing packages (for all phases of projects including SD, DD, and CD).
Must be able to review, comment on and revise all shop drawings.
Produce, maintain and coordinate all required Conrtact Administration materials such as Responses to RFI's, RFI & shop drawing submital log, change order, log, etc.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in interior architecture, interior design, or related fields.
