Asymptote Architecture, an award winning international design practice known for innovative and cutting edge projects, seeks a talented Marketing Coordinator for its New York office. The successful candidate will work closely with the firm's leaders to pursue new work, manage RFP/RFQ's and develop and maintain company marketing collateral.

Responsibilities include

Research and identify new projects and markets

Coordinate preparation of proposals (RFPs/RFQs) for new projects

Maintain company wide marketing collateral including brochures, firm profiles, etc

Oversee updating of content on firm website

Fulfill press requests for marketing materials
-
Write and distribute press releases
-
Coordinate Awards submissions
Requirements- Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English or Design related field

Experience with Adobe InDesign, Full Creative Suite preferred

Excellent skills in verbal communication, writing and editing

Minimum 3 years experience in marketing or communications setting, experience with the architecture firm preferred. Familiarity with international market highly desirable.
