SBLM Architects currently is seeking an Architectural Revit Draftsperson for our New York City Office (Hell's Kitchen).
This candidate is expected to contribute from schematic design through construction document phase. Candidates should have experience producing elevations, floor plans, and details. Proficiency and project experience in Revit is a must.
To be qualified for this position, candidates should have a degree in architecture, and a minimum of 3 years of experience and proficiency with Revit.
Applicants with knowledge of NYC building codes, experience in preparation of construction documents and proficient in AutoCAD and 3D Max/Vray are preferred.
