JOB DESCRIPTION
POSITION: Entry/Junior Level Architect
REPORTING TO: Property and Development Director
RESPONSIBLE FOR: Producing architectural packages for in-house managed
property projects i.e. refurbishments and new restaurant openings.
OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE:
Working closely with the Property and Operations teams to prepare full architectural packages for ongoing and future projects within the group as well as being able to produce ‘artist impressions’ type renderings.
Taking direction from the existing estate and guided by the CEO, this individual should be quick working and have an obsessive attention to detail. The successful candidate will be involved from the start with new projects which could include a new Pizza East restaurant , the addition of new bedrooms in Soho House Berlin or the refurbishment of one of the existing Houses, producing initial designs and layouts through to issuing full ‘for construction’ drawings to contractors etc.
Fully conversant with relevant software packages including AutoCad, the candidate should have a good working knowledge of Building Regulations and construction methods etc.
We are seeking an Entry/Junior Level Architect with 1-3 years relevant experience working in the commercial sector. Experience working on hotel and restaurant projects would be advantageous.
