JOB CAPTAIN / PROJECT ARCHITECT  WITH MULTI-FAMILY HOUSING AND SENIOR LIVING EXPERIENCE

Van Tilburg, Banvard & Soderbergh, AIA (“VTBS Architects”) is an award-winning architecture and planning firm with offices in Santa Monica, San Jose, and Denver, Colorado.  We are a recognized leader in the design of high-density multi-family residential, senior care facilities, commercial and mixed-use projects.

We currently have an opportunity for a well-rounded architect who meets the following qualifications:

• 8 years minimum experience managing multi-family and senior living projects.  Familiarity with assisted living and skilled nursing a plus.
• Design and production experience, from conceptual design through contract documents and construction.
• Manage multiple projects, and client contact.  Schedule oriented.
• Detailed knowledge of IBC, construction types, ADA/FHA.  CDPHE.
• Able to communicate effectively.
• AutoCAD skills required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Licensed Architect desired.
• Salary commensurate with experience
