Prominent Construction Management and General Contracting firm looking for an experienced construction site supervisor for residential and commercial construction and renovation projects. Ideal candidate must be motivated, able to work under tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment. This is not an architectural position but an understanding of architectural and construction drawings is necessary.

Requirements:

• Structural and foundational experience with new building projects
• OSHA Certification - 7, 10, and 40 hours
• Extensive knowledge of all mechanical trades
• 10+ years of proven experience
• Intermediate skill level with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
