Flags Of Origin is an award-winning design firm in Atlanta seeking a licensed architect.

We are a full service studio offering graphics, original furniture & lighting, architecture, and interior design.  Our work ranges from hospitality design to retail and residential design.

Our latest restaurant, The Optimist, won best restaurant by Esquire Magazine and will be featured in multiple upcoming magazines.  

We have traditionally partnered with an architect of our choosing to provide the documentation for our projects but are growing rapidly and are looking to add that person to our team moving forward.  

Responsibilities:

• Revit / CAD / Modeling / Built models.
• CD sets in full
• MEP, Structural, City Coordination
• Material & Construction Research 
• Construction Administration  

Requirements:

• Must be licensed in the state of Georgia (plus if you are licensed in more states)
• Must be fluent in all computer programs listed above
• Quick learner
• Ability to find solutions vs problems. 
• Fluency in Spanish a plus. 
• Able to work in the US.

We will also consider bring someone on board that is in process of taking their licensing exams if that timeline is less than 3 months away.  This position will start as a contract position and hopefully will transition into a salaried role.  

Relocation is not provided.  Sponsorship, if international, will not be provided.
