Primary Responsibilities:

• Own planning/execution/maintenance of Electrical, Plumbing & HVAC
• Manage permitting, landmark approvals, coding etc.
• Oversee jobsites throughout entire process
• Manage inventory (on-hand/orders) of fixtures and raw materials
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional partners to understand critical functional milestones in order to execute flawlessly while finding optimization opportunities
• Responsible for all phases of new store openings, fixture roll-outs etc.
• Partners with regional construction managers, external consultants, vendors
• Responsible for managing cost, schedule, quality of project

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of project management experience.
• BA/BS in architecture or related field
• Special Skills Required (Such as languages, retail math, etc.)
• Proven ability to prioritize projects while adhering to strict deadlines.
• Ability to work collaboratively and drive team success.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office
• NYC based – may require travel or evening/weekend work
