MAI, a high proﬁle interior and product design ﬁrm in Los Angeles seeks a motivated Project Manager with 5+ years of full time experience. This is an excellent opportunity to work on projects of varying types and sizes including restaurants, hotels and retail.

Candidates should be able to fulfill the following requirements:

Degree from an accredited Masters or Bachelor of Architecture degree program
Experience in all phases of architecture, including schematic design, design development, construction documents and construction administration.
Strong organizational, communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage staff effectively and efficiently
Ability to work with project team and consultants
Ability to maintain and nurture client relationships
Self-motivated with ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to analyze and problem solve in fast-paced environment
Understanding of a variety of complex construction details
Knowledge / experience with building codes and permit process (specifically Los Angeles)
Proficient in AutoCAD and Adobe software essential
Experience with sketchup and/or Rhino a plus
