Robert A.M. Stern Architects is seeking a talented architect or designer with experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM) to join our design staff. Candidates should have the skills and experience to quickly establish themselves as key contributors to project teams engaged in an integrated design and BIM delivery process, in a fast-paced and demanding studio environment.

Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with strong design skills who are committed to and fluent in designing and delivering projects in BIM. The minimum qualifications for this position are outlined below:

• A professional degree in architecture (B.Arch., M.Arch., or foreign equivalent).
• Fluency in Autodesk Revit, including developed knowledge of parametric families and experience with model set-up and management. Knowledge of additional 3D modeling platforms and their inter-operation with Revit is a plus.
• Strong design and graphical communication skills, as demonstrated by a portfolio that includes examples of both design process and finished work.
• Experience working as member of the core project team through the completion of construction documents on at least two (2) BIM projects, where at least one consulting engineering discipline contributed meaningful model data to the BIM process. Candidates should be prepared to present work samples of DD- and CD-level deliverables produced in BIM.
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and time-management skills, and an ability to communicate BIM concepts and modeling strategies both verbally and graphically.
• A demonstrated commitment to collaborating with colleagues to integrate BIM processes and technology into the architectural design process.
