We are currently in search of an architectural project manager with at least 5 years of experience who is familiar with all phases of the design process: from schematic design through the bid process, and construction administration. This is a great opportunity for someone who has paid their dues as a PM and is looking for more responsibility, design freedom, and the hunger to create amazing spaces and revolutionize the definition of workspace.
The Architectural Project Manager will be involved in project(s) from start to finish, including due diligence for new/prospective properties identified for potential development. They will oversee a project staff that will include an interior designer, an architectural production team, engineering consultants, and expeditors, while creating and maintaining the design production schedule and having ultimate responsibility for the drawing package that is handed off to the construction team. The position will mean working directly with the Head of Architecture, Head of Construction, and Creative Director. Some travel may be required.
