RRM Design Group seeks a motivated and enthusiastic Architectural Designer to join our team. Work with our innovative, multi-discipline design team in southern Orange County on a variety of project types including residential, civic, public safety, commercial and educational projects.
Position requires a bachelor’s degree in architecture, drafting experience using Revit and AutoCAD, and 1-3 years practical experience in an architectural office preferred. In addition to Revit, applicants should have a working knowledge of SketchUp and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and should be working towards licensure. Must have the ability to interpret sketches/design drawings and prepare presentation or CAD work, as well as read redline corrections and be able to incorporate them into the documents. Understanding of construction terminology, product research sources, and CSI Master Format division preferred. In addition to technical knowledge and ability, this position requires excellent judgment, communication and organizational skills, as well as a passion for architectural design.
