Senior Architect.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree (or equivalent) above in Architecture. Minimum 4 years of working experience. familiar with the current domestic regulations of planning and specifications of architecture design. Capable of work independently.
本科或同等学历以上，至少8年以上的实际工作经验，熟悉国内现行各类规划和建筑设计规范，有独立的完成工作能力；
2.Architects with extensive project experience on large-scale projects from design through construction. Proficient in detailing and organizing construction documents.
具有大型建筑设计任务经验直至施工经验。有较强的细化设计和施工图设计能力
3.Candidates should have experience that demonstrates the ability to work well in teams and coordinate and collaborate with an extensive team of local and international consultants .
能够在各种规模的团队工作中与成员密切合作并充分起到表率作用
4.Demonstrates strong conceptual design sensibilities, superior problem definition and solving skills, ability to mentor junior designers and technical staff.
具有较高的概念设计敏锐度，较好地问题解决能力，并能够辅导初级设计人员和技术人员。
5.Enthusiasm and commitment to a high level of design in a high energy work environment.
具有工作热情，能在压力下保持高质量设计
6.Proficient with AutoCAD, Photoshop, sketch up, Rhino In design, office and etc；
Good skills in making hand drawings.
熟练掌握CAD、Photoshop、sketch up、Rhino In design、office等必要工作软件，且具有相当的徒手草图能力。
7.Fluency in English.
