Perkins+Will New York, recent winner of multiple Society of American Registered Architects, AIA New York State, and IIDA NYC awards is seeking a Healthcare Project Manager/Project Architect who, will have primary leadership responsibility for managing both the client relationship and the project success, as measured in client satisfaction, work quality and profitability, as well as administers all phases of project through construction including budgeting, scheduling, planning, development and execution of technical documentation with authority to direct and monitor all activities.
Candidate must be licensed and have 10+ years experience along with advanced knowledge of the design process, construction documentation, construction administration, strong project budgeting and contract negotiation skills, strong working relationships with clients and consultants, basic CAD knowledge, strong project management software skills, experience in directing, mentoring and coordinating project teams, collaborative and professional work ethic, proactive, strong interpersonal skills and verbal, listening and writing skills including client presentation skills. LEED® AP preferred. Revit experience a plus.
