Watt Architects, a design/build firm in Asbury Park, NJ, seeks a full-time intermediate level architectural draftperson. Licensure not required. Should have well rounded experience in commercial, hospitality & residential architecture & construction. MUST be well versed in NJUCC and IRC residential code requirements. Proficient in AutoCad design software. High degree of sophistication in producing a full set of construction documents from a preliminary sketch. Must be able to create details for multiple existing conditions throughout the construction process. Responsible for managing several projects at once with minimal instruction in a fast paced working environment.
