Interested INTERMEDIATE ARCHITECTS are to be energetic self-starters that are productive in a team environment and have a well rounded experience to coordinate all aspects of a project.

The job description and experience required for ARCHITECTS applying should ideally include:

• commercial interior architecture and design including corporate offices,  branch banks, and interior building renovations
• construction documents including interior detailing and specifying
• project and construction management
• familiar with NYC building codes and building practices
• coordination of other consultants including mechanical and structural engineers, lighting designers, and code consultants
• client, contractor, and consultant interface
• a strong knowledge of interior detailing and millwork design for commercial interiors
• a Bachelor's degree with 7 to 10 years of experience
• solid experience with Autocad and other computer application literacy
• oral and written command of the English language
• space planning and creative design abilities are a plus.

You will report to the Owners of the company on your projects and work in a team with other architects and interior designers. Positions require the ability to multitask and self prioritize.
